Color Theory

I thought it would be fun to brush up on some photography knowledge, so I’m taking a course this summer at the local college. We are working on color theory. Here are some of my samples for this assignment.
I think my favorite is this still life for the “blue & yellow” assignment.
For the “red & cyan” assignment, you can’t go wrong with Tiffany blue…
This one is supposed to be “green and magenta.” It’s more like “pink & yellow,” but I like the way it turned out.

It’s been a terribly long time since I’ve posted, and I’m so sorry! I’m traveling, visiting my family here in California. My mom & I have been spending lots of time together, and it’s so great to see her!
We went for manicures…
And watched my nephew play in the yard…
I guess he was upset he wasn’t winning.
And Mom & I went to a restaurant with fabulous window light! She is so beautiful:
